Galaxy delivered the Bouncy castle on time and soon had it in position in the garden, the children were on it all day so it kept them occupied. We paid extra for the disco lights and Bluetooth so we could put music on. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! Excellent company, punctual and communication was fantastic, we received a text the night before advising us of our drop off time. The booking process online is great and easy to do. The kids loved the bouncy castle and we will definitely be using Galaxy Bounce again in the future!

Arrived within hour timeslot before 10am, set up quickly and collected just after 6pm which gave the kids lots of time to play. They loved the jungle castle with slide!

We hired the Princess bouncy castle with a slide for our daughter’s 7th birthday, and paid the extra for lights & bluetooth so we could hook it up to our own music, and it was brilliant! Because we booked over a month in advance, i needed to contact Galaxy to just double check details and they got back to me straight away. The guy that brought it was really nice, and he gave it a good clean down before we used it. Would definitely use them again!

Full communication, they message with times and THEY SHOW UP ON TIME unlike most of the other companies we have booked with.
The delivery guys were lovely and extremely helpful. They even cleaned the castle on arrival.

I honestly can’t fault them. I Will never go with any other company after having such a perfect experience with galaxy bounce! Brilliant.
